As for the look, the B Balls resemble the SmartBalls. That is to say: a simple look, not trying to be high art, but still understated and not bad-looking. Sure, one might mistake them for a dog toy. But a not-too-ugly one.
The sample we received is purple and white, but they come in other colours: black and grey, or black and pink.
Texture and Materials
Like all other Fun Factory sex toys, the B Balls have a surface made entirely of silicone.
On the main part of the sex toy, this silicone is soft, with a granular “peach skin” effect. This texture is not necessarily very well suited to an anal plug, as it tends to create more friction, and therefore requires more lubrication. Since the anus doesn’t lubricate naturally, a smoother surface would have been preferable.
Similarly, the ridges between the purple part and the white zones, as well as around the brand logo, are not welcome. Indeed, in addition to accentuating the friction, they make the B Balls difficult to clean. This was already an issue with the SmartBalls, but for an anal plug, it can easily become more of a problem…
The joint between the two balls is flexible, but not floppy.
Using the B Balls
The Fun Factory B Balls are inserted into the anus, and worn like a classic anal plug. The base is thin enough to be comfortable, and to allow long-term wear.
How strongly can you feel the balls bouncing? Well, it depends a lot on the activity you’re doing while wearing them.
If it’s to stay still in a seated position, it’s clearly not worth choosing this model, as the metal balls don’t move a millimetre.
But if it’s to wear during a lively sexual encounter, or under your clothes while out for a walk, that’s where the B Balls truly shine. The internal metal balls rattle in all directions, and you feel them tremble and bounce with every jolt.
Using the B Balls during vaginal penetration, they enhance the sensations, bouncing with every stroke. Orgasm comes faster, and is more intense.
Using them outside of a sexual act, it’s not the kind of sensation that will give you an instant orgasm, of course. The point is rather the excitement of feeling the balls rattle with every step, and on that front, they deliver.

The good points:

The bad points:
- The ridges make them difficult to clean. For an anal sex toy, that’s neither clever nor glamorous.
- A smoother silicone would have been preferable, for less friction.

Despite some ergonomic flaws that could easily have been avoided, I quite like the Fun Factory B Balls.
It’s not the best anal plug in the universe, admittedly. But in the end, it’s a nice little plug, comfortable, that provides an extra boost of sensation thanks to its bouncing balls. All at a price that works for small budgets.
