The sex toy looks… Well, it looks like a beautiful orange carrot, adorned with two lush green leaves. Still, you wouldn’t want to accidentally take a bite out of it.
It looks more like a carrot emoji 🥕, or a magic carrot the Easter Bunny would grab in a 3D cartoon.
Texture and material
Carrots contain vitamins A, C and B9. The Carrot, however, is simply made of silicone. Like a real carrot, this vibrator is body-safe… As long as you don’t try to eat it, otherwise you could still choke.
The carrot is slightly flexible, and while you wouldn’t call it soft, the tip is a tiny bit squishy. A little more so than a real, fresh carrot. That’s better against the clit. Looking like a carrot is all well and good, but if you buy a carrot vibrator, it’s because you don’t want to masturbate with a real carrot. The thinner leaves are soft.
Powering the carrot sex toy
The carrot sex toy is rechargeable. Its cable plugs into a USB port and has a jack connector that you insert into a socket provided for this purpose near the top of the vibrator, close to its leaves.
Controls and modes
The carrot sex toy has ten vibration modes. Three constant modes, and seven “fancy” ones: pulses, changes in intensity, and combinations of the two.
Its controls are minimal, and not ideal, but not disastrous either. There’s just one button, which turns the sex toy on or off with short presses, and lets you move between modes with long presses.
It has the advantage of being simple, but given the number of modes, once you’ve reached the third constant mode, the most powerful one, you have to cycle through seven modes if you want to get back to constant vibrations.
Using the carrot sex toy
I switch on the carrot vibrator. I’m stunned. This carrot is seriously powerful! I never thought I’d write that sentence.
Even on its very first vibration intensity level, The Carrot really packs a punch. The third level is surprisingly full-on, and can bring on a very satisfying clitoral orgasm in less than a minute. Small but mighty! Its texture feels particularly nice against the clit.
You can also use it for vaginal penetration. But not for anal use, as there’s nothing to act as a stopper.
Its shape isn’t ideal for internal stimulation (it is a carrot, after all), but it’s still usable.
