A free sex toy to celebrate the release of Diablo 3

on

On the occasion of the release of Diablo 3, online sex shop Absoloo is offering a fun challenge to win a sextoy. The challenge is aimed at those who feel neglected by their partner in favour of New Tristram and its zombies.

A free sextoy for any photo in front of Diablo 3

Those who post a photo of their dejected look in front of Diablo III before 28 May on the shop’s Facebook page (the game box or the game on screen, your choice) will receive by private message a code to enter on their website in order to receive a small vibrator for free.

Photos are also accepted in the case of a gamer who is happy with Diablo, or dejected because the server shut down just when she was about to settle her score with the skeleton king. Or a dejected man because his girlfriend is going to neglect him to go kill some demon.

They will not be reused, and each photo can be deleted by the person or people who posted it. It is not a competition; every photo is a winner.

Surprise as to the exact nature of the sextoy offered, which will be revealed to the winners in due time…

Internet users’ reactions

I am taking the liberty of quoting a few comments that amused me:

  • Is it a soulstone-shaped sextoy?
  • It must be a one-handed weapon.
  • If I post a photo of her playing with a sextoy, will you send me Diablo?

Entry conditions

It is not explicitly stated whether this offer is valid without any additional purchase or shipping costs. I have asked the question and will let you know as soon as I have an answer.

Edit : Answer received: The sextoy will be sent with no additional purchase required. However, the shipping costs will be borne by the winners.

The sextoy offered by the shop

Edit (second of that name) : At the end of the challenge, here is the sextoy that was offered by Absoloo to the winner(s):

It is a multi-function mini-vibrator, worth €8.90.

According to its description on its packaging, it allows you to massage and revitalise the scalp and tired muscles, but also (after all!) to stimulate erogenous zones.

In short, of course, the toy offered is far from a wonder. But the shop still played along. And this despite the large number of photos that have dotted its Facebook page, and therefore, the large quantity of vibrators to give away… This is all the more appreciated because the original concept was fun.

A compulsive sex toy collector whose stash now dwarfs my wardrobe, I review every new toy with a critic's sharp eye.
