The Fairy Black Exceed is, with the Turbo, one of the brand’s two ultra-powerful new releases Fairy. This vibrator fits the stereotypical image one might have of a Japanese-style sex toy in every single respect. toy in every single respect. every single respect. Instead of merely resembling a pink over-kawaii microphone like its bigger brothers, it looks like it came straight out of a hentai, with its head covered in bumps.
With a little (a lot of) imagination, it makes us think of the pistil of a giant flower that would have mutated into a sex-thirsty monster. yes, with lots and lots of imagination indeed. Here is our review of the Fairy Black Exceed.
Sex toy packaging
As for the packaging, nothing sensational: a thin cardboard box , in which the sex toy is placed on a clear plastic stand. In short: disposable packaging.
This box tells us, among other things, that there are interchangeable tips for the head of the vibrator. These are sold separately.
However, a storage case is included. This one is made of the same soft plush-like fabric as the other Fairy models, but it is black.
The look of the Fairy Black Exceed
I find the Black Exceed more attractive than the other Fairy models. It is entirely black and white, and with its polka-dot head in relief, it is unlikely to resemble a microphone.
Its handle has exactly the same shape and structure as the one on the Fairy Turbo. Only the shade varies.
Texture and material
Like the other Fairy models, the Black Exceed is made of hard plastic, with a rigid head and a flexible neck.
The big difference: the raised “beads” on its head. These are rigid too – to my taste, it’s a bit of a shame, actually: I would have preferred something plush.
Powering the Fairy Black Exceed
The vibrator is mains-powered. Its cable is the same length as the Fairy Turbo’s, i.e. 2.5 metres (that is, 50 centimetres longer than those of the Fairy Mini and the Fairy Large).
Of course, as with any wired sex toy, this rules out any water in the vicinity. But in terms of freedom of movement, 2.5 metres from the socket still gives you some leeway…
Controls and modes
As for controls, Fairy doesn’t change its recipe: a wheel, which controls a potentiometer that lets you gradually adjust the vibration intensity, from “a bit rough” to “mega-ultra-rough”.
It’s handy, simple and precise: all it takes is one finger to operate the controls perfectly. operate the controls perfectly. the controls perfectly. perfectly.↵↵There are no ‘steps’ when increasing (or decreasing) the intensity, which can be adjusted in a smooth, continuous way – a real plus.
Noise level of the Fairy Black Exceed
If it’s a Fairy, it’s noisy. I think we have to make peace with that.↵↵Like all its mates, the Fairy Black Exceed is a master of cacophony. Vibrating hard, very hard, very very hard, it makes a hell of a racket, just like the Fairy Turbo.

Sextoy handling
Like most ultra-powerful vibrators, the Fairy Black Exceed requires little effort to operate. All you need to do is hold its handle in your hand and keep a finger near the adjustment dial.

At that point, you’d really have to deliberately miss the clitoris, since the sex toy’s head is fairly wide anyway.
Effectiveness of the Fairy Black Exceed
The Fairy Black Exceed is ultra-mega-powerful. It’s even a tiny bit more powerful than the Fairy Turbo (13500 rotations per minute, compared with 12500 rpm for the Turbo), and that’s no small thing!
In short: it’s frighteningly effective. A quick, virtually guaranteed orgasm. The head’s texture also affects the sensations. Depending on how you position the vibrator head against the clit, the feelings differ.
To be honest, as far as sensations go, I still have a very slight preference for the Fairy Turbo, which is more of an
all-rounder
, with its entirely smooth head. But the Exceed is an interesting variant that I like using to vary the pleasures.
- Conclusion on the Fairy Black Exceed
- The good points:
- It’s ultra-mega-powerful! Even a tad more powerful than the Turbo!
- Its cable is long, so it’s handy.
The shape of its head is original, both visually and to the touch. the touch. Wait, need exact segment 18: The shape of its head is original, both visually and to the touch.
- Its head is made of hard material: the raised bumps would probably have been even more enjoyable if they were “soft”.
- It’s a very loud vibrator. But that was to be expected, since all of its kind are.
- It’s corded… So, as with all corded vibrators, water in the vicinity should be avoided.
The Fairy Black Exceed is a clitoral sex toy that is both original and, above all, hyper-effective. And to top it all off, it’s not too ugly. If you’re looking for a (very) rough vibrator with a dash of originality, I recommend it without hesitation. If you prefer something more classic, pinker, and almost as powerful, I suggest you take a look at our test of the Fairy Turbo.
