As its name and bolts suggest, the FrankenCock is the Frankenstein version. To our great joy, the Monster Cocks brand agreed to send it to us for testing.
Now, RealDoll knows a thing or two about realism! We’ve already had the chance to see this by testing two of their dildos, the RealCock 2 and the RealCock 2 DTF, which are now among my favourite sex toys. The prospect of trying a zombified version promised to be extremely unsettling.
Appearance of the FrankenCock
The look of this device is simply stunning. Monster Cocks has perfected every detail. The glans is a tad necrotic, stitches hold together bloody flaps of flesh, and two bolts protrude from the base of the penis.
In terms of visual realism, it’s as successful as the RealCock 2 and the RealCock 2 DTF, in a much more disturbing version.
Indeed, the device looks straight out of the lab of a lecherous mad scientist. If a horror film wanted to depict Frankenstein’s monster completely naked, they couldn’t find a better phallus to adorn the creature with.
Texture and Materials
The FrankenCock is, like its unstitched cousins, made of 100% pure silicone. This material is body-safe and durable.
Upon unboxing, there’s a slight plastic-like smell, perhaps due to the paint or a finishing product, but this odour disappears after the first wash and doesn’t return.
The sex toy is flexible and soft. This texture is quite realistic; however, it doesn’t have the “skin you can pinch” effect of the RealCock 2 and the RealCock 2 DTF, due to the patented “Sil-lide” technology. The FrankenCock seems to be sculpted from a single block of soft silicone.
Using the FrankenCock
Why would you want to use a dildo representing Frankenstein’s monster’s penis? The answer is simpler than it seems. Because you find it fun, or because you’re looking for a particular aesthetic, for example, to do a Halloween-themed webcam show.
In use, it proves to be quite similar to a classic, excellent-quality phallic dildo. It’s not as realistic as the non-zombified RealCock 2 and RealCock 2 DTF, but I would compare its credibility as a penis to that of the Johnny by Vixen Creations… plus the stitches!
It’s a dildo of considerable size, with a pleasant texture very similar to that of a real penis, and a pronounced head that effectively stimulates the G-spot. In short, as a “classic” sex toy, it’s very well designed… Even if this criterion probably isn’t what will motivate or discourage its purchase, given its extraordinary look.

Conclusion on the FrankenCock
The good points:
- It’s Frankenstein’s monster’s penis! In itself, that’s already amazing. The FrankenCock is a curiosity blending eroticism and horror, which will make collectors of unusual objects squeal with envy.
- The quality and realism are extraordinary. Once again, we see the expertise of RealDoll’s creators in achieving more-real-than-life rendering. Bloody scars, coarse stitches, and necrotic skin – the special effects adorning this extraordinary willy are worthy of a horror film.
The bad points:
- It’s Frankenstein’s monster’s penis! And admittedly, this feature isn’t necessarily what one would primarily expect from a dildo, to put it mildly. It can induce disgust, and its stunning realism doesn’t help matters in this regard. In short: it’s not a sex toy for everyone.
- Its price is very high: $375, or about €330. This was to be expected, as RealDoll products are handmade in the USA.
