Two new Womanizer were recently released: the Womanizer Classic and the Premium. Premium . . Why two sex toys rather than one? Often, when a brand releases two models simultaneously, one is a stripped-down version of the other. I’ll cite in particular the example of the Sona by Lelo, the little brother of the excellent Sona Cruise minus the Cruise Control feature, and the Tara , the remote-less version of the (already not great) couples’ vibrator Ida . But in the case of the Womanizers, it’s a bit different. The Classic and the and the the Premium don’t share the same dimensions, the same look, or the same features. In short, they are two short, they are two 2 are two clitoral stimulators clearly distinct from one another.
We were sent these two pleasure objects to test. I’ll start with the cheaper of the two, the Classic, which is also – unsurprisingly – the less elaborate one. – the less elaborate one. elaborate. one. one. Here’s my review of the Womanizer Classic.
We were sent a test version, devoid of packaging and accessories other than the charging cable. So I won’t dwell on the packaging. However, it’s worth noting that when you buy it, the Womanizer Classic comes with a storage case and a tip spare.
The look of the Womanizer Classic
For once, finally a Womanizer that refrains from being ugly, kitsch or cold. The Womanizer Classic is a beautiful purple, with an elongated shape that tapers towards the handle, which allows a good grip. At the head of the vibrator there’s a removable tip, the same colour as the device – a change from the pharmaceutical look of the white tips on the Womanizer W100, W500 and Pro 40. While it can’t quite be called a pocket sextoy, it’s not enormous – roughly the length of my hand. In short, a device you can easily take on a trip.
The Womanizer Classic and a banana (for scale). The banana is fake, but unlike Selfdelve’s aubergine, it’s not a sextoy.
Texture and materials
The body of the stimulator is made of rigid ABS plastic, while its tip is made of soft, medical-grade silicone. It poses no danger to the body, has no smell whatsoever, and is non-porous.
Power
The Womanizer Classic is rechargeable. Its charging cable works on a similar principle to Fun Factory’s Click & Charge and the Satisfyer Pro 2 and Penguin chargers: USB on one side, and on the other, a tip with two metal bumps that will magnetically attach to two metal contacts at the base of the sextoy’s handle. Ch two hours for a stated usage time of three hours. I didn’t time anything, but given how I’ve been using the Womanizer Classic, this estimate seems realistic to me.
Controls and modes
The Womanizer Classic has three buttons : a powerbutton and two + and – buttons to navigate between the eight intensity levels.
No fancy modes, nor any revolutionary or would-be revolutionary feature, just a simple power adjustment for the sextoy. The Womanizer Premium, on the other hand, introduces two new features: the Autopilot mode and Smart Silence Technology. I’ll tell you about them in its review, but one thing at a time. time. The transition between two modes is quite gradual; there’s no abrupt change.
Effectiveness of the Womanizer Classic
Well, when it comes to suction clitoral stimulators, I’m quite picky: case in point, the Womanizer W100, which has wowed many women with its unprecedented sensations, doesn’t always ‘work’ in every position on me ‘work’ in every position on me. Womanizer Classic, same problem. This issue didn’t happen with the Womanizer Pro 40, nor even with the Womanizer 2 Go, which I actually liked less. With the pulsations at their maximum intensity, although the sensations are pleasant, I often feel thatthere’s still a little something missing in terms of power to really make me take off. During one of the first tries, having not reached orgasm, I managed to give myself a cramp in my thumb from keeping the sex toy in the same position. In short:I wasn’t convinced by the Womanizer Classic

Conclusion on the Womanizer Classic
- The good points:
- Nice look
Good grip
- The bad points:
- High price
Review score
Pros
- Nice look
- Good grip
Cons
- High price
- Not powerful enough
Apart from a more appealing look and a more comfortable shape to hold, the Womanizer Classic doesn’t bring any real innovation compared to the Womanizer Pro 40, and has a slightly lower maximum intensity, for a significantly higher price (around €130, whereas the Pro 40 costs about €90).about €90). It’s not a terrible sex toy for all that, but given the(lack of) innovation/price ratio, I don’t recommend it to you
