The Cryptodite Ylva & Dite is a beautiful sex toy in silicone, textured, curved, and equipped with a suction cup. Drawn to its unusual look, gracefully blending geometric shapes, curves and drips, I was keen to test it.

Packaging of the sex toy
The packaging, which is disposable, is fairly minimalist. It’s a simple transparent plastic cylinder, containing a sheet of paper with the brand’s logo, and a few details about the product. Ylva & Dite is a Dutch brand. It manufactures all its sex toys, which are 100% body-safe, in the Netherlands.

The Cryptodite Ylva & Dite is a beautiful dildo, which stands proudly on its flat suction cup base.
Its surface is both adorned with “orange drips on a black background”, and a geometric textured pattern, which could represent a sort of circuit board.
Texture and materials
The Cryptodite Ylva & Dite dildo is made of flexible, medical-grade silicone.
Its surface is rather firm: its texture is quite similar to that of some Fun Factory dildos, like the Tiger, for example.
This material has a nasty tendency to attract dust. But that’s pretty much its only flaw: for a dildo, it’s a really pleasant material.

Using the Cryptodite Ylva & Dite dildo
The Cryptodite Ylva & Dite dildo can be used for vaginal or anal penetration, your choice.
It’s brilliant for vaginal penetration. You can feel the patterns on its surface well during penetration, but they cause no discomfort. Its wide, curved head stimulates the G-spot very effectively, while providing a very pleasant sensation of fullness.
For anal use, it is on the large side. Silicone isn’t the most slippery material, especially as the textured patterns increase friction, and the sex toy is quite firm. In short, its diameter makes it more suited to adventurous users than beginners.
But in all cases, a water-based lubricant, the indispensable companion of sex toys, will make insertion more comfortable. If you’re not sure which one to choose, for example, Sliquid Organics has the advantage of being organic, glycerine-free and very neutral in taste and smell.
Moreover, it stands upright, and the adhesion of its suction cup is quite good. You can straddle it, or suction it onto the shower walls, to mix things up. You can also wear it in a harness, like the Tomboi or the Joque from SpareParts, for example.
Conclusion on the Cryptodite Ylva & Dite dildo
The good points:
- It’s a lovely dildo, in pure silicone, and very pretty.
- It’s very effective for G-spot stimulation (or P-spot).
- It stands upright and has a suction cup.
- Its price isn’t very high (under €50).
- It is made in the Netherlands.
The bad points:
- Perhaps a slightly softer texture might have been even more appreciated.

The Cryptodite Ylva & Dite is a good quality silicone dildo, with an original and pretty look, a textured surface and a flat suction cup base. On top of that, it’s not too expensive, even though it’s made in Europe. In short, it’s a perfectly recommendable sex toy.
