The RealCock 2 Dirk by RealDoll is a dildo with surprising realism. And for good reason: you probably know the RealDoll brand, famous for its sex dolls. Imitating life is their speciality, which they carry out with extremely meticulous care for the slightest detail.
RealDoll has five dildos in its RealCock 2 collection: Dirk (this one), James, Bruce, John and Rockwell (also called RealCock 2 DTF). All of them look like perfectly realistic human penises.
The RealCock 2 Dirk is an enormous phallus with a flat base. As for the DTF, which stands for “Down To Fuck”, it has more reasonable dimensions, but can be fitted onto a harness or a fucking machine equipped with a Vac-U-Lock attachment.
The prices are far from those of “classic” dildos: we’re looking at nearly 500 dollars per sex toy (about 440 euros). But, as you’ll see in this review, this is a whole other level of realism. These dildos are meticulously manufactured in the USA, and you can tell someone has lovingly pored over every little vein, every
little fold, to perfect its appearance.
We were lucky enough to test both versions, which the RealDoll brand very kindly sent to us.
In this first review, I’m going to tell you about the RealCock 2.

Packaging
The packaging is almost non-existent. The package was neat, but no “industrial” packaging accompanies the two sex toys.
Is it because we received a test sample? Or simply because each model is handcrafted to order, and packaging isn’t a priority? I’d tend to go with the second hypothesis.
Appearance of the sex toy
The RealCock 2 Dirk represents a penis of impressive dimensions: nearly 20 centimetres long. Its size remains anatomically credible, but at the higher end of phallic measurement statistics. This penis is straight, symmetrical, with a well-defined glans and a pair of plump testicles. A thin flat base allows it to stand upright. It cuts a fine figure: it’s a handsome penis.
Alright, but what about its visual realism?
I often talk about Vixen Creations sex toys, which until now were my go-to for realistic sex toys. Well, when it comes to resembling a real penis, the RealCock 2 is way ahead.
Folds, with a degree of precision similar to human skin. Veins, numerous, raised, different from each other, more or less bluish. More folds, scrotal folds, foreskin folds, mini-folds pretty much everywhere. A multitude of small (intentional) skin imperfections and light freckles enhance the realism of the finish.
Texture and materials
The RealCock 2 is made of 100% medical-grade silicone.
Its texture is quite simply stunningly realistic. As with a real penis, you can pinch its skin or make it slide (a little) when masturbating it.
And you can feel, through the skin of its scrotum, that its testicles are two individual internal balls. This shaft and these balls are impressive: you’d think you were dealing with real ones.
To achieve this effect, RealDoll uses a patented technology called “Sil-Slide”.
Unlike VixSkin, it’s not a blend of silicones, but three distinct layers: a soft one for the skin, a slightly firmer, yet flexible one for the “core” in the centre, and a liquid layer between the two, which allows the skin to separate from the “skeleton”, with lifelike suppleness. In short: it’s a cock with super-soft skin, just like a real one.
The veins and folds are, of course, all raised. The glans is soft and very smooth, and at its tip is a particularly convincing urethra.
Using the RealCock 2 Dirk
The RealCock 2 is, therefore, a huge penis, and a big dick means lube. But be careful: only water-based lubricant.
Sensation-wise: in every respect, it’s like a real (very large) penis. My pussy can’t tell the difference. And even in your hand, you could be mistaken. The texture is simply stunning! In the mouth, you can still tell the difference: skin-wise, it’s perfect, but a human penis glans is smoother.
Thus, the RealCock 2 offers pretty much the same range of possibilities as a real penis. It is much softer, smoother, and more supple than a “classic” dildo, which means that for the same dimensions, it’s much easier to insert, and there’s significantly less risk of hurting yourself.
Sensation-wise, this ultra-realistic big dick wonderfully fulfils its role – and the person using it: I’m sold.
Do note, however, that it doesn’t really stay in a harness. Indeed, the arrangement of the testicles makes this use impossible. The separation between the balls and penis shaft is significantly higher than the base level, which prevents the dildo from being fitted into a harness ring.

Conclusion on the RealCock 2 Dirk
I’ve never seen a love doll in real life, but if I had to imagine the ideal penis for a male love doll, I’d probably think of the RealCock 2 Dirk.
Its visual realism is impressive, and the similarity of its texture to that of a real penis is even more so. And to top it all off, it doesn’t resemble just any ordinary, sad-looking phallus: it embodies a handsome, straight, well-proportioned penis, with imposing yet still believable dimensions.
Its only flaw: it costs an arm and a leg. It’s probably the perfect realistic dildo (or at least, one of them), but this perfection comes at a price.
Would I have bought it if I had to pay for it out of my own pocket? To be honest, I probably wouldn’t have had the budget for it. But if you can afford it, don’t hesitate: you won’t be disappointed.
Both RealCocks are now clearly our favourite dildos.
While He prefers the more modest size of its counterpart, the RealCock DTF, which we’ll be reviewing very soon, for me, this one is now, without hesitation, my favourite dildo.
